Deposit and cancellation policy
A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total price will be required to confirm any package at any of the lodges represented by the company. This deposit must be made within twenty (20) days from the reservation date of the package. If the deposit is not made within the timeframe the reservation will be automatically cancelled. The balance due shall be paid at least sixty (60) days prior to the proposed arrival date to the lodges.

Refund
The aforementioned deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. There will be also no refund for any unused portion of the package. In no event the lodges or their owners or managers shall be responsible for any cancellation of the services due to inclement weather, any event of force majeure or any other reason beyond the control of the lodges, its owners or management. By making a reservation at any of our lodges in any manner, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Separate terms and conditions may apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier’s rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier’s rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

Terms and conditions
1- All baggage and personal belongings are of the sole responsibility of its owners at all times. We highly recommend obtaining a comprehensible travel insurance covering loss and robbery of baggage and personal belongings. In no event the lodges or our company will be responsible for any losses or damages.
2- Neither our company nor any of the lodges will be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising while practicing sport fishing or any other activity.
3- Our company will not be responsible for any loss damage or injury suffered aboard an airplane or a charter plane. The contract or ticket issued by them will constitute the sole contract between the airline or charter company with the passenger.

Liability Release, Waiver and Indemnification.
"I am aware that during the trip, vacation, expedition, tour, fishing program or hunting safari that I am participating in, under the arrangements of Fly Fishing and Hunting Adventures, and their agents and associates (the "Providers"), I may face certain risks and dangers, including but not limited to the hazards derived from traveling down rivers in different types of boats, hiking through mountainous terrain or similar, sailing in open waters, managing fire guns or different types of weapons, accident or illness in remote places without medical facilities, forces of nature and travel by air, automobile, boat, or other conveyance. In consideration of, and as part payment for, the right to participate in such trips or other activities and the services and food the Providers arranged for me, I have and do hereby assume all of the above risks and waive, release and discharge any and all kind of liability, action, causes of action, debts, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever which I now have against the Providers or which may arise from or in connection with my trip or participation in any other activities the Providers arrange for me. Further, I hereby indemnify and hold the Providers (individually and collectively) harmless from and against any and all kind of liability, action, causes of action, claims, debts, obligation, loss, judgment, cost, expense and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever, to the fullest extent enforceable under applicable law. The terms hereof shall serve as a release and assumption of risk from my heirs, executors and administrators. A deposit, or any partial or full payment for a reservation, shall constitute consent to all conditions stated in this responsibility clause. Republica Argentina law shall govern this liability release, waiver and indemnification. My signature confirms that I have read and agreed to the terms of this transaction, especially noting the policy on cancellation, refunds, liability and responsibility contained in the website/forms".

Important: This "Disclaimer of Liability" is due with the deposit or inmediately after deposit is paid. Trips are not confirmed without a signed "Disclaimer of Liability".
